Cancellation & Date Change Policy

No Refunds – All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our retreat and the preparation involved, all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, late arrivals, or early departures.

Standard Cancellation Policy (Without Waiver)

More than 30 days before arrival: Your $300 deposit is held as credit, valid for one year toward a future booking.
29 to 15 days before arrival: A $300 cancellation fee per person, per week is applied. Any remaining balance is held as credit for one year.
14 days or less before arrival: A $500 cancellation fee per person, per week is applied. The remaining balance is held as credit for one year.
On the day of arrival or no-show: The full payment is forfeited.

Cancellation Fee Waiver Option ($100 if added at time of booking)

More than 30 days before arrival: Your $300 deposit is refunded in full as credit (not cash).
29 to 15 days before arrival: A reduced $150 cancellation fee per person, per week is applied. The remaining balance is held as credit for one year.
14 days or less before arrival: A $250 cancellation fee per person is applied. The remaining balance is held as credit for one year.
On the day of arrival or no-show: 50% of your payment is forfeited; the other 50% is held as credit for one year.

Note: The Cancellation Waiver can be added for $200 up to 30 days before arrival. It cannot be added within 30 days of arrival.

Date Change Policy

Within 8 weeks (60 days) of the original reservation: No fee to reschedule.
Between 9 to 24 weeks: $150 rescheduling fee per person.
25 weeks or more: $300 rescheduling fee per person.

A reservation may be changed a maximum of two times. Further changes will follow standard cancellation terms.

Important Reminder:
All credits are valid for one year from the original booking date and are non-transferable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
